The practitioner guides you through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy (sen) lines and pressure points. LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
This massage is characterized by its very large, broad strokes, as well as two handed strokes that include the use of forearms and elbows. This massage covers a broad area of the body and works the muscles often simultaneously to encourage the continuous flow of love & harmony and to wash away harmful thoughts, patterns, memories etc. bringing about a total body healing.

BALINESE MASSAGE
This uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and energy around the body. This has a restoring and calming effect.

Ayurvedic massage focuses on balancing and promoting the flow of life energy (prana) through the body by manipulation of the body's energy centres (marmas).  Ayurvedic massage also promotes blood and lymphatic circulation, releasing stiffness and stimulating the function of the body's organs.

DETOX FACIAL
This signature facial is designed to detoxify, hydrate and rejuvenate your face and neck.  The treatment decreases excess oil, smoothes the skin, clears the pores and minimizes break outs.  The properties of our natural products including sandlewood, aloe vera and clay will induce total relaxation throughout and leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed!

AROMATHERAPY FACIAL
In our Aromatherapy facials pure, high performance products are used for deep cleansing and to encourage the elimination of impurities and dead skin cells. HONEY AND CUCUMBER FACIAL
In this facial the main ingredients are cucumber, honey and lime which are used in conjunction with each other and massaged into the face.  These three natural ingredients reduce skin irritations, help in reducing wrinkles and leave the skin feeling soft and plump.

BODY SCRUBS, POLISH & WRAPS

PAPAYA BODY POLISH
Papayas are rich in anti-oxidants and are rich in essential enzymes known as Papain, which softens and revitalizes the skins.  Papaya has both preventative and restorative properties when used in skin care. Papaya's powerful fruit enzymes are known to aid and accelerate healing in skin disorders such as acne.  In addition, the fruit enzymes are a gently exfoliation and detoxifying to the skin.  The fresh fruit pulp is gently massaged in to your skin. Then wrapped and left for a while to be absorbed.

WEIGHT LOSS BODY SCRUB
A mixture of sandalwood, aloe vera, green gram, white sesame, honey, yogurt, milk, along with 14 other precious herbs will be ground to a paste with pure rosewater, lavender oil and fresh coconut water.  The detoxifying mixture will be applied to the entire body in a rhythmical manor. This soothing relaxing wrap will absorb accumulated toxins and fat, remove dirt, impurities and dead cells from the skin.  It rejuvenates the whole body promoting blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and relieves fluid retention.

COCONUT DELIGHT BODY SCRUB
Ideal for dry skin and hair, this delightful top-to-toe treatment uses the moisturizing properties of tender coconut pulp to re-hydrate dry skin and hair resulting from exposure to long flights, sun and salt water.  With slices of tender coconut applied on the eyes, and a puree consistency to the face, the body and hair are wrapped with a blend of mature coconut and water. Your skin will feel soft and re-hydrated.

HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT SCRUB
Himalayan Crystal Salt scrub contains no environmental pollutants and helps promote a healthy balance in your body. Contain water soluble oils that will not clog the waterways. Ginger, lemongrass, lemon and lavender essential oils used will help with poor circulation, stress exhaustion and generally will revitalize your mind, body and spirit. ALOE VERA BODY WRAP
Cotton linens are soaked in a toxin cleansing and penetrating aloe-herb solution. The client lounges comfortably in the warm botanical extracts for 45 minutes.  The solution of highly active concentrates tones and tightens surface skin and boosts cellular activity in deeper layers to restore elasticity and firmness to the tissues.  Most clients sleep while the wrapping encourages elimination of toxins through lymphatic cleansing. Heat activates the trace elements resulting in healthy revitalized skin. Each treatment cleanses toxins from the fat cells, resulting in reduction of excess water and noticeable size loss wherever there is fat.

FRENCH MANICURE
This manicure is a style of polishing the nails wherein white paint is applied to the tips of the fingernails and the rest of the nails are given a pink coat or painted with sheer polish that is coloured either pale pink or very light beige.  This manicure is great for people with short or unattractive nails.

THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS

REFLEXOLOGY
A therapeutic foot massage that helps to clear energy blockages within the entire body specifically focusing on rebalancing.  There are energy zones (meridians) throughout the entire body that correspond to reflex points in the feet.  An entire rebalancing routine will be performed on all of the reflex points that will promote relaxation, a reduction in mental tension, encourage self healing and cleanse the body of toxins and impurities.

SIGNATURE LITECURE DEEP TISSUE THERAPY
This signature treatment can dramatically reduce the pain associated with Lower Back Strain, Bulging, Fused or Slipped Discs, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow), Joint Disorders, Arthritic Conditions, Post Surgical Recovery, Headaches, including Migraine, Sports Injuries (Pulled Hamstrings, Calves), Plantar Fasciitis (inflammatory condition of the foot) along with many other joint, muscle, circulatory and inflammatory conditions.
Following a body massage of 30 minutes your therapist will apply the specialized handheld Litecure equipment on specific areas of the body for approximately 20 minutes.  The Litecure equipment works by flooding the tissues with photons (subtle electromagnetic energy), energizing damaged cells and increasing circulation to painful areas. This produces a cascade of healing responses in the body, reducing inflammation, thereby reducing or even eliminating pain.  The therapeutic effect of this treatment continues to soothe and heal long after you leave the therapy room.

DETOX FOOT SPA
The feet contain around 5,000 - 7,000 sweat glands making them a great exit point for the elimination of toxins.  During this treatment your feet will be placed in the foot spa with warm water, an array and a small amount of salt.  The array is a small metal coil that emits a subtle electrically current.  During the course of the treatment the subtle current stimulates the entire body, encouraging and increasing the release of toxic waste.  You may notice a small or even dramatic change in the colour of the water, which is completely normal.  The treatment is also beneficial as it clears blockages within the energy pathways of the body.
